Biography
Since 2004 she has been a professional belly dance performer, certified choreographer, workshop teacher and regular dance instructor working with groups, as well as with individuals. She teaches and performs throughout Poland as well as organising shows in order to promote belly dance and Arabic culture.
Suraiya holds the International Belly Dance Certificate issued by the International Dance Council among other qualifications, and since 2007 has run her own Academy of Arabic Dance and Artistic Agency.
She has been taught by a number of renowned international teachers and performed alongside many of them. In 2008 she won the International Raks Sharqi Competition for Professional Dancers in Prague.
